Amy Mullins, B.S.W., R.S.W.

Amy Mullins, a Registered Social Worker and Reiki Master, obtained her honours degree in Social Work from the University of Windsor. She is also a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers, as well as, a registered member with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

Amy believes that every person has the capacity to grow and change and to live the life they have always imagined. Through individual counselling, Amy helps clients to recognize and alter patterns in their life, develop new skills to enhance relationships and move towards greater joy and personal fulfillment.
Amy uses an eclectic approach to therapy by tailoring her treatment style to the needs of the client. Rapport building is paramount to her approach as she believes the client will develop confidence to speak freely, feel that they are being heard and will come to realize that someone cares.

Amy also offers Psychotherapeutic Reiki. This type of reiki is an approach to individual therapy that uses reiki treatment as part of the therapeutic process. This approach incorporates techniques that work on the energy matrix underlying the human energy field. Blending reiki with talk therapy is an effective form of treatment for many psychological, emotional, and behavioural problems, unresolved trauma, and chronic pain. This session is $85 and may be covered under some plans.

Brandi Rivait, yoga teacher, reiki master and trainer is passionate and delighted to share the powerful, transformational gifts of yoga and energy healing. She is a fun-loving, strong, and knowledgeable teacher.

Her yoga classes are deeply focused on accurate alignment, importance of breath, and mindful movements through flow. Her classroom is intimate so that students have one on one attention, but in a group setting.

Jan Bartlett
Healing Touch , Reconnective Healing,  PSYCH-K, Reiki, HeartSpeak

Jan is pleased to have the opportunity to pursue her life path of energy healing and providing assistance to those who need it.

Having trained in many modalities has provided Jan with the tools to realize her goal of helping others. Her training includes Healing Touch, Reconnective Healing and PSYCH-K. Jan is also a Reiki Master & practitioner of HeartSpeak.

Use of any of these modalities, or a combination of the modalities is available through Jan to help you heal, change limiting beliefs and achieve body/mind/spirit balance for better health. A personal assessment will help decide which treatments would be of the most benefit for you.
