A Few Easy Steps To True Happiness

Time is precious so I'll keep this short. I have been very fortunate in my life to always remain optimistic even in challenging situations. There are two simple steps I try to follow everyday to keep myself in a positive mind frame.

1. Do something fun every single day - This doesn't mean you have to plan a fun event everyday, it simply means you enjoy some moment in your day. I have put a link to a short video I created to show you how to add fun to everyday events.

2. Be truly present in that moment of fun - Ignore the phone and whatever chaos is happening at that time and focus on what you're doing or who you're with. If you are too busy thinking about your next task then you've missed the enjoyment of the present moment.

Take a few minutes to enjoy this short video and start incorporating fun into your day now. If nothing else you may get a chuckle from this video and that will have been worth your time.
